We only offer in home service, and unlike every other IT company, we ONLY work in the home, no prioritizing business clients here. We’ve found it doesn’t matter if it works for us at our workshop, all that matters is it works for you in your home.
We have a simple saying, if it needs power, or the internet, we can help you with it. Smart Home or TV? Sure. Laptop or Desktop? Our Jam. Phone or Tablet? You bet. Home Internet or WiFi? No trouble.
We can recommend what products to buy, we can fix whatever it is you’ve bought that doesn’t work, or we can make that new gadget just that little but simpler to use.
Started by two South Australian guys who love all things to do with technology. We learn’t early on that technology wasn’t going away. Neither was the need for people who understood instinctively its purpose and how it could be used around the home. Friends and Family would often comment that their technology would start behaving simply with us being in the room. So Tech Giant was born, to take the frustration out of our clients technology in a world ever more reliant on it.
